Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all reservations made in our hotel official channels (i.e. online, made by telephone or in person). Guests must read and agree to these terms prior to making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Promotion Special Offer

    Upon reservation, credit card will be charged for the full amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email. For Promotion Special Offer booking, all reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Failure to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival will be treated as "No-Show" and no refund will be given.

  2. Long Stay Special Rate

    Upon reservation, credit card will be charged for the agreed deposit amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email. Other method of payment may also be accepted upon special arrangement.

    For Long Stay Special offer booking, all reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Failure to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival will be treated as "No-Show" and no refund will be given.

  3. Best Available Rate

    The first night prepayment with 10% service charge is required at time of reservation as guarantee and will be charged to the credit card provided. Balance is payable on arrival.

    For Best Available Rate booking, if you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please inform us at least 3 days prior to 18:00 Hong Kong time on the day of arrival to avoid penalty charge.

    In the event of “No-show” (a guest who fails to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival) or reservations cancelled or amended less than 3 days prior to 18:00 Hong Kong time on the scheduled day of arrival, a fee of one room night with 10% service charge will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.

    For "No-show", we reserve the right to release the remainder of the reservation dates.

Your request will be processed and if it complies with the cancellation policies we will refund the corresponding amount to the same credit card provided at the time of reservation. The amount of time it takes for a refund or return depends solely on the bank or card issuer.

General Terms & Conditions:

  • All room rates are quoted per room and per night. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates. The Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge.

  • Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.
    Check-in time is 15:00 Hong Kong time and check-out time is 12:00 Hong Kong time. Failure to leave your room by this time may result in a late check-out charge. There are no refunds for early check-outs.

  • A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

  • Guest must be at least 18 years old to book and check-in for a room.

  • We welcome family visits. One child aged 4 or below can stay free in existing bedding when sharing with adults.

  • An additional charge of per unit per night will be applied for extra bedding, subject to availability and upon request.

  • Any loss or damage to the room key will incur a HKD500 fine.

  • You must not exceed the specified maximum occupancy for the room type which you have booked.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Durian is not allowed to be kept or eaten in the Hotel premises.

  • You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay.

  • Smoking is prohibited within the Hotel premises. Failure to comply with this policy shall entitle us to terminate your booking and stay at the Hotel at our sole discretion and you must leave the Hotel immediately without compensation or reimbursement. You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage to the Hotel room, premises or property, or incurred by hotel guests or third party, arising from your failure to comply with this policy and we reserves the right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damaged incurred.

  • Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the Hotel premises.

  • WE Hotel cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance is prevented or affected as a result of Force Majeure. Force majeure includes any events which could not be foreseen or avoided. Such events may include fire, flood, storm or other weather conditions, explosion damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strike, industrial action, nuclear disaster, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar events outside our control.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. WE Hotel reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.

The hotel may collect personal information regarding your name, contact details, demographic details, passport number and date and place of issue, transaction information and preferences in our business operation.

You should understand that you may be subject to the terms and conditions and any privacy policies of the social media site and that WE Hotel is not responsible for your activities on social media sites.

When you visit and interact with our online channels such as our website and social medias, WE Hotel and third parties with whom WE Hotel has contracted to provide services to WE Hotel, may collect Other Information (for example, the time you spent on the webpages you visit and the number of visits to our website). We may also aggregate or anonymize personal information or collect demographic data.

We use your personal information to provide the services you request. We also use your personal information to: improve WE Hotel's services; provide you with the expected level of hospitality; and ensure our hotel, website, products and services are of interest to you.

We also use the information to provide you newsletters, promotions, other marketing communications, product or service awareness marketing, to conduct surveys, prize draws, other contests, etc.
